Or une journ\u00e9e en bord de mer laisse des traces : sel sur la peau, sable partout, peau tir\u00e9e par le soleil, et une fatigue qu’on sous-estime toujours. Voici ce que change un appartement cosy avec jacuzzi privatif proche des plages<\/strong> une fois la serviette repli\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n

Ce qu’une journ\u00e9e de plage fait vraiment au corps<\/h2>\n

L’exposition au soleil, le sel et la chaleur fatiguent davantage qu’une journ\u00e9e de marche. On rentre avec la peau qui tire, les muscles engourdis d’\u00eatre rest\u00e9 immobile, et souvent un l\u00e9ger mal de t\u00eate.<\/p>\n
