Peace and privacy

We kindly ask our guests to remain quiet and discreet, and not to play music on the terrace, in order to respect other guests and preserve the peace of the neighbourhood.

Party and Pet Restrictions

Our property is not suitable for parties, infants (on request only), or pets.

However, small dogs may be accepted upon prior request and subject to certain conditions: they must remain calm, not bark, be clean, and respect the peace of the property. Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment during your absence. An additional fee of €10 per night applies.

Booking Conditions

The apartment is reserved exclusively for registered guests. No additional guests beyond those listed in the booking are permitted.
Any late check-out after 10:00 a.m. will be charged (€30 per hour) and is subject to prior approval.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; however, an ashtray is provided on the outdoor terrace table.

Energy Use: Heating & Air Conditioning

Summer Air Conditioning

Set between 25°C and 27°C

Do not set below 22°C

Heating in Winter

Set between 19°C and 21°C

Do not exceed 25°C

Avoid a temperature difference of more than 6–7°C compared to the outdoor temperature

Turn off appliances when leaving the apartment

Keep doors and windows closed

Departure Procedures

Place used towels and kitchen linens in the shower

Give the apartment a light vacuum using the cordless vacuum cleaner provided

Dispose of rubbish in the bins located at the entrance

Wash and put away all dishes

Rinse the shower and sink

Failure to comply with these instructions may result in an additional €30 fee.

Security Deposit

Before your arrival, a €500 credit card pre-authorisation will be required as a security deposit.

Specific Rules for Apartments with a Pool

Diving and jumping are not permitted

Jacuzzi Maintenance

During your stay, it may be necessary for us to enter the apartment in your absence in order to carry out essential maintenance of the jacuzzi or other equipment.
