Il existe un type de week-end dont on parle peu : celui o\u00f9 l’on ne sort pas. Pas de visites, pas de programme, pas de kilom\u00e8tres \u2014 deux jours pass\u00e9s entre la terrasse, la piscine et la cuisine. C’est souvent le s\u00e9jour dont on revient le plus repos\u00e9. Voici comment r\u00e9ussir un week-end d\u00e9tente avec piscine priv\u00e9e<\/strong> sans mettre le nez dehors.<\/p>\n\n

Pourquoi ce format fonctionne<\/h2>\n

Sur deux nuits, le temps est court. Chaque sortie co\u00fbte en trajet, en stationnement, en organisation \u2014 et sur un week-end, cela repr\u00e9sente vite la moiti\u00e9 du temps disponible.<\/p>\n

La vraie coupure vient de l’absence de contraintes,<\/strong> pas du nombre de choses vues. Ne pas avoir \u00e0 consulter sa montre, ne pas d\u00e9cider de l’heure du d\u00e9jeuner, ne rien r\u00e9server : voil\u00e0 ce qui produit la sensation de vacances.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9requis :<\/strong> un h\u00e9bergement o\u00f9 l’on peut effectivement rester. Un logement sans ext\u00e9rieur utilisable ou sans vraie cuisine pousse dehors au bout de quelques heures \u2014 ce qui est exactement l’inverse du principe.<\/p>\n\n

Ce qu’il faut pr\u00e9voir avant d’arriver<\/h2>\n

Un week-end sans sortir se pr\u00e9pare un minimum, sinon on finit par reprendre la voiture pour une course oubli\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Les courses, en une fois.<\/strong> Faites-les en arrivant ou en chemin. Pr\u00e9voyez large : c’est le seul moment o\u00f9 l’on quitte le domaine.<\/p>\n

Des repas simples.<\/strong> L’id\u00e9e n’est pas de cuisiner trois heures, mais de manger bien sans effort. De bons produits, une salade, un plat qui mijote pendant qu’on est dans l’eau.<\/p>\n

De quoi occuper le temps mort.<\/strong> Un livre, de la musique, rien de plus. C’est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce temps mort qui fait le repos.<\/p>\n\n

Nos h\u00e9bergements : deux avec piscine, un avec spa<\/h2>\n

Pr\u00e9cisons pour \u00e9viter toute confusion : L’Asti et Le Chianti disposent chacun d’une piscine chauff\u00e9e privative (environ 30 \u00b0C) et d’un jacuzzi. Le Bari propose un spa privatif trois places \u00e0 jets massants, sans piscine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chacun accueille deux personnes en adult only, avec terrasse priv\u00e9e sans vis-\u00e0-vis, lit Queen size, climatisation, cuisine enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9e, Wi-Fi haut d\u00e9bit et parking priv\u00e9 gratuit. Le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 d’un week-end sur place<\/h2>\n

Vendredi soir.<\/strong> Arriv\u00e9e, courses d\u00e9j\u00e0 faites, d\u00eener sur la terrasse. Premier bain sous les \u00e9toiles \u2014 c’est la vraie coupure avec la semaine.<\/p>\n

Samedi matin.<\/strong> R\u00e9veil sans alarme, petit-d\u00e9jeuner prolong\u00e9 dehors, quelques longueurs dans l’eau \u00e0 30 \u00b0C quand l’air est encore frais.<\/p>\n

Samedi apr\u00e8s-midi.<\/strong> Le c\u0153ur du week-end : lecture \u00e0 l’ombre, sieste, baignades espac\u00e9es. Si l’envie de bouger vient malgr\u00e9 tout, les golfs du secteur<\/a> sont \u00e0 quelques minutes \u2014 mais rien n’y oblige.<\/p>\n

Samedi soir.<\/strong> D\u00eener dehors, puis le jacuzzi ou le spa environ une heure avant le coucher : la baisse de temp\u00e9rature corporelle qui suit favorise l’endormissement.<\/p>\n

Dimanche.<\/strong> Rien de pr\u00e9vu. Un dernier bain, un d\u00e9jeuner tardif, un d\u00e9part sans se presser.<\/p>\n\n

La bonne saison pour ce format<\/h2>\n

Le printemps et l’automne<\/strong> sont id\u00e9aux : temp\u00e9ratures douces toute la journ\u00e9e, et la piscine chauff\u00e9e compense une mer encore fra\u00eeche ou d\u00e9j\u00e0 refroidie.<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> se pr\u00eate particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 ce type de week-end, puisqu’on \u00e9vite justement le littoral satur\u00e9 et la chaleur des heures creuses.<\/p>\n

Non : L’Asti et Le Chianti disposent d’une piscine chauff\u00e9e privative avec jacuzzi. Le Bari propose un spa privatif trois places \u00e0 jets massants, sans piscine. Nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons l’annoncer clairement.<\/p>\n

Y a-t-il des commerces \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oui, Roquefort-les-Pins dispose de commerces et d’une boulangerie \u00e0 quelques minutes en voiture. De quoi faire ses courses en arrivant sans redescendre sur le littoral.<\/p>\n

Deux nuits suffisent-elles ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pour ce format, oui \u2014 c’est m\u00eame l\u00e0 qu’il prend tout son sens. Arrivez le vendredi soir plut\u00f4t que le samedi matin : vous gagnez une soir\u00e9e enti\u00e8re et une matin\u00e9e sans r\u00e9veil.<\/p>\n\n

En r\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n

Un week-end d\u00e9tente avec piscine priv\u00e9e n’a pas besoin de programme. Faites vos courses en arrivant, pr\u00e9voyez des repas simples, et laissez venir le temps mort.
